The roastery behind every box
Dib Coffee started with a 5 kg roaster on Karimkhan street. The idea was simple: instead of selling everyone the same fixed blend, let each person choose their own ratio and their own farm, and know where the bean came from. Today we buy direct from four farms in four countries and roast three days a week.
The Academy exists for the same reason: good coffee is lost in the cup if you do not know the ratio, the grind and the brew.
Three things we insist on
Bought direct
Every lot comes from a farm or a co-operative, and its name, altitude and process go on the box. If we cannot name the source, we do not buy it.
Roasted fresh, not warehoused
We roast three days a week and hand it to the courier the same day. The 250 g box is part of that: buy fresh instead of storing it.
Teaching instead of promises
Rather than writing “exceptional coffee”, we explain what actually makes a cup better. That is where the Academy and the shorts came from.
