We roast on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. An order is made on the next roasting day and handed to the courier the same day.

Free delivery
Orders over 1,000,000 toman ship free on the prepaid methods. On pay-at-the-door methods you pay the courier directly and we do not set that amount.
Tracking an order
An order has four stages: accepted, roasting and packing, handed to the courier, and delivered. Every change shows in your profile and as a notification in the app.
Cities we cover
Every province is covered by post and Tipax. SnappBox runs in selected cities only, and if your address is outside them the option does not appear at checkout.
Returns
If the parcel arrives damaged or the blend is wrong, call within 48 hours of delivery and we send a replacement box at no cost. Opened coffee cannot be returned, being food.
